| The primary
objectives of the Company would be as follows: |

unique art and culture across the globe. |

art and craftsmanship which is on the verge of extinction and
to study different races, ethnicity, language, religion and
culture with an effort to protect and conserve by mobilizing
local means and resources and promote and support these things
at a national and international level and to tell different
stories based on this diversity by means of plays, documentaries,
films, music etc and to produce, exhibit and sell and distribute
such material to generate income and help the nation to become
economically self- dependant. |

and films nationally and internationally by basing the stories
on historical events, essays and writings without harming any
reputations of person or national sentiments of any country. |

To participate in national and international
film festivals and to participate singly or in an association
in any public awareness campaigns being carried out either by
the government or various NGOs to make it a success and to carry
out various trainings, meetings, conventions, investigations,
discourses as well as to visit and manage visits to different
places of cultural importance at national and international
levels. |

To aid, support and reward different artists,
literary workers, social workers as well as institutions who
have made a significant contribution to the conservation and
protection of national art and culture and to guide encourage
new generation. |

To support helpless women, children, elderly
and sick people who work in this field by arranging for their
education, living quarters, free health check-ups by carrying
out or helping others carry out various programmer. |

To manage and/or carry out various training
programmers for skill development of people who want to work
in the field of promoting and developing national art and culture. |

To take initiative in raising public awareness
about damage that smoking, drinking, HIV/AIDS and other life
threatening diseases can do and to work on raising awareness
about environment conservation. |

To take permission from the various concerned
authorities and take necessary steps to carry out the above
mentioned objectives. |

Restaurant & BAR. |

To manage jewelry shop & Export & import
Service. Asian or Nepali foods shop, DVD, VCD and manage historical
